Shiseido MaCherie Air Feel Shampoo and Conditioner Review

Pink, and pretty. Smells so lush, almost similar to essential damage care rich premier kind of smell. 

A little goes a beautiful long way

Let me introduce you to my hair : Below breast length, naturally wavy (or big thick curls), was-glorious-now-hideous, oily scalp but was never a problem

Even shampooing are so time consuming because I have A LOT of hair. 

It was envied by my schoolmates because it was naturally thick and wavy and shiny and all

Then I was being a complete idiot by smoothing it out

I was satisfied, at least for a while. My glorious wavy hair is now gloriously straight. It was still beautiful

Then my hair grows, growing out back as wavy locks. This time, I want them back, straight hair made my long face look longer 

But they grew up dying, because of the torture of smoothing chemical evils

They were coarse, dull, dying-red and unmanageable. Not to tell the horrific hair fall, until everytime I visit a friend he always say your hair is everywhere lol

My oily scalp was never a problem for me, but my hair becamse so dry I need to switch shampoo. The my scalp got crazy oily until at the point I need to wash my hair twice a day. And that, of course, frayed my hair ends with the lack of moisture

And trust me, peeps, I REALLY want to say that this shampoo is wonderful, it changed my life, it reversed tide and time etc, etc.

I really want to rave it

But no, I can't lie that good. Especially to you dear readers.

It was probably two years ago I know shiseido macherie was introduced to me by a friend. She used the hairspray which I tried and smells lush. I wanted the shampoo, but online price was just too darn crazy I cannot afford =_=

Until then, about a month ago I found them at a supermarket in Medan. I though I heard angels sing and church bells ring when I toted them to the cashier.

 I got the air feel one (they also got the moisture series one) because I don't want to add more weight to my hair. They were pink, pretty, they work great at untangling de-frizzing my hair and smells absolutely lush.

Then, there was another problem. My scalp went nuts, getting oilier than ever and it feels like it weighs a ton. 

I saw a tip from the Muse saying that you should detox you hair once a week with a clarifying (or baby shampoo) to get rid of the build-up caused by heavily moisturising hair product.

STRESS

Why is my hair now so difficult? It does work, but so much hassle, eh?

I'm quite dissapointed, but online reviews only says a little about the goodness of macherie, so what were I expecting?

At IDR 135,000 per 500ml pumpbottle, these aren't very supermarket cheap, but won't kill your wallet as well. They can last you long because two pumps of shampoo lathers up my ultra longthick hair very well, and that is just a tiiiinyy dollop

Final Verdict?

All I can say for them is that they smell super lush, and it suits people with normal hair. I think it won't oil your scalp if you have normal scalp because it's not that heavy, it's just heavy for me. It does  great job at detangling and de-frizzing. The scent lingers for quite long *hot dude approved lol* I will still recommend it, but not to people with troubled hair

What am I doing with it right now? 

I won't repurchase but, well, I can't waste them . I will stubbornly use them up with weekly detox, plus a little magic from my hair godmother. So far my hair is better by her recommendations, but I need some more time to review the products :)

My search for repairing hair care product still continues though.
